Recently, the streets and communities of Yicheng in Yishui County, Shandong Province have been bustling with the sound of reading. A series of engaging reading activities have unfolded, like seeds of culture sown in every corner of the community, bringing residents rich spiritual nourishment and unforgettable cultural experiences.

In the Xizhujiazhuang Community, a recitation competition themed “Inheriting Good Family Values, Building a Harmonious Community” is in full swing. Participants are full of energy, reciting heartfelt works related to the transmission of family values. From classic poetry to original compositions, some tell stories of respecting the elderly and caring for the young, while others celebrate family traditions of honesty and kindness, and express dedication to the values of hard work and frugality.
